If you want to install TCAC in a different car or for a different application, other than control of the AC compressor follow this schematic:

To trigger any other device than AC conditioner you must use a relay. The TCAC can supply as much as 500mA constant current to trigger the relay's coil. Connect the TCAC ORANGE wire to +12V source and the GREEN TCAC wire to the relay's coil (Pin #85). Ground the other side of the coil (Pin #86) to complete the circuit. Pins numbers 30 and 87 will be used to break or activate the desired circuit. The relay will "click" every time the throttle position reaches 60%. Remember there is a 6 second delay. If your application requires different delay time or throttle position cutoff, we need to customize TCAC circuitry. Contact us for details.
